3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information and maintain its security.

  • Use the Services lawfully and in compliance with Shopify’s Terms of Service.

  • Not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of our apps without permission.

  • Ensure all content input into our AI tools (e.g., product data, blog topics) is owned by you or legally permissible to use.

AI-Generated Content:

  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of AI-generated content.

  • Profitonium Apps disclaims liability for outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

4. Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions: Fees for paid plans are billed monthly/annually via Shopify or third-party payment processors.

  • Refunds: No refunds for partial periods. Cancelations take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

  • Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Our Ownership: Profitonium Apps retains all rights to the apps, code, and design.

  • Your Content: You own data uploaded to our Services. By using our AI tools, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process such data.

  • AI Output: Content generated by our tools (e.g., product descriptions, blogs) is your property, provided you comply with these Terms.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you:

  • Violate these Terms or applicable laws.

  • Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

  • Fail to pay fees.

You may terminate your account at any time via your Shopify dashboard.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty: Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

  • AI Limitations: AI tools may produce inaccurate or inappropriate content; use at your discretion.

  • Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
