Product descriptions at scale
The problem: product pages carried text copied from manufacturers, with mistakes and missing compatibility details. The team wanted better pages without losing what already worked.
What we did: rewrote 20 representative products (machines, presser feet, parts and thread) and showed each one next to the live page, with a note on every change. Every fact was checked against the manufacturer's own pages, and the store's spec tables were kept exactly as they were.
SEO & AI search audit
What we found: 233 of the store's 263 blog posts were one template with a town or health condition swapped in. A second website sold the same mattresses, and there was no returns policy anywhere.
What we did: crawled every page, scored the store across seven areas (technical, content, on-page, structured data, speed, AI search and images) and wrote a report with the fixes in order, plus a free tidy-up of all six product pages.
