Goal O'Clock Terms of Use
Effective 16 September 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Abhinav Panse, publishing as Profitonium Apps ("we", "us"), for the Goal O'Clock iPhone app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What the App is
Goal O'Clock is a habit tool. It rings as an alarm and only finishes once you have read your goal script out loud. It is not a medical, financial or professional advisory product. Your goals, and what you do about them, are yours.
Your goal statement, each morning's script and any personal story are written by an artificial-intelligence text model from the answers you give, and stories are narrated by a synthetic voice. AI-written text can be wrong, clumsy or not to your taste. Read it before you rely on it; you can edit your statement at any time inside the App. The story library and affirmation cards are our own content, streamed from our server, and need an internet connection the first time they are opened.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as allowed by the App Store usage rules. You may not copy, modify, resell, rent, reverse engineer or redistribute the App, or use it in any unlawful way.
3. Subscriptions
Full use of the App requires a subscription. Plans, prices and any free trial or introductory price are shown inside the App before you buy.
Subscriptions are sold by Apple through the App Store and billed to your Apple ID. We never see your payment details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment for the next period is charged to your Apple ID within 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Introductory offers are limited to one per Apple ID.
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
Prices may change. We will not change the price of an existing subscription without notice through Apple, and you will always be able to cancel before a new price applies.
4. The alarm is not a safety device
The App relies on iOS features that we do not control. Alarms can fail to ring or be silenced by low battery, an iOS update, Focus or Do Not Disturb settings, removed permissions, a restart, or a bug. Do not rely on the App as your only alarm for anything where missing it would cause harm, such as flights, medication, exams or work shifts. Use a second alarm for those. We accept no liability for missed alarms or for anything that follows from one.
5. Your content
Your goal script and your onboarding answers are yours. They are stored on your device; to write your script the App sends your answers to our server and an AI model provider as described in the Privacy Policy, and we do not keep them. If you sign in with Apple, your favorites and personal stories are stored in your account until you delete it, which you can do inside the App. You are responsible for what you write, and you allow us to process it only to provide the App to you.
6. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may end this agreement if you break these Terms. Sections 4, 7 and 8 continue to apply afterwards.
7. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will help you reach any goal. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data or missed opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Apple-specific terms
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claim about the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, or intellectual property claims. If the App fails to meet a warranty, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not in a country under a US government embargo and not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App; where it conflicts with these Terms, these Terms prevail to the extent permitted.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change and, for material changes, the App will ask you to review them. Continued use after that is acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, unless the consumer protection law of your country gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
